Description

These Super Easy S’mores Bars are the ultimate quick dessert for anyone craving gooey chocolate, toasted marshmallows, and a buttery graham cracker crust without a campfire. Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 cups mini marshmallows

1/2 cup broken graham cracker pieces


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until evenly moistened.

3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust.

4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the crust and spread it gently.

5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top.

6. Bake for 18 minutes, or until the edges look lightly golden and the chocolate begins to soften.

7. Remove the pan from the oven and scatter mini marshmallows and broken graham cracker pieces over the chocolate layer.

8. Return the pan to the oven for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are puffed and golden.

9. Let the bars cool completely before lifting them from the pan and slicing into squares.

Notes

Do not slice the bars while they are hot. The chocolate and condensed milk need time to set, or the bars may fall apart and become too messy to serve neatly.
