Ingredients
2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Wash and dry the potatoes well, then cut them into evenly sized chunks.
