Ingredients

1 bunch kale

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Wash the kale thoroughly, dry it completely, remove the thick stems, and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

3. Place the kale in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

4. Add the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, then toss gently until the leaves are lightly coated.

5. Spread the kale in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet without overcrowding.

6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, watching closely near the end, until the leaves are crisp and the edges are lightly browned.

Notes
