Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a large deep skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat until the beef is fully cooked and the onion is soft. Drain excess grease if needed.
2. Stir in the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook briefly until fragrant.
3. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to combine.
4. Mix in the elbow macaroni and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
5. Cover loosely and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened.
6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
7. Finish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
