Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until fully combined.
3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
4. In a separate bowl, toss the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until coated.
5. Sprinkle the buttery cracker mixture evenly over the casserole.
6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbling and the top is golden brown.
