  • Author: Livia Scott

Description

This Ninja Creami White Chocolate Raspberry Protein Ice Cream is a creamy, high-protein dessert with sweet white chocolate flavor, bright raspberry swirls, and a smooth scoopable texture. It is perfect for healthy dessert ideas, easy protein snacks, quick frozen treats, summer food ideas, and anyone who wants an easy recipe that feels indulgent while still being protein-packed.

Ingredients

1 vanilla ready-to-drink protein shake

1/4 cup milk of choice

1 tablespoon white chocolate instant pudding mix

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

2 tablespoons cream cheese or plain Greek yogurt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 to 2 teaspoons sweetener of choice

1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon mini white chocolate chips

1 pinch salt

Instructions

1. Add the protein shake, milk, pudding mix, protein powder, cream cheese or Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, sweetener, and salt to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.

2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, keeping it under the max fill line. Freeze on a flat surface for 24 hours.

3. Add raspberries, lemon juice, and a little sweetener to a small saucepan. Warm until the berries break down, then mash into a sauce and let it cool completely.

4. Place the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami and spin on Lite Ice Cream.

5. If the texture looks crumbly, add a small splash of milk and use Re-Spin until creamy.

6. Make a small well in the center, add the cooled raspberry swirl and mini white chocolate chips, then use the Mix-In setting.

7. Scoop and serve immediately for the best creamy texture.

Notes

Do not add the raspberry swirl while it is warm. A warm swirl can melt the freshly spun ice cream and make the texture loose instead of thick and creamy.
