2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup diced mango
1/3 cup crumbled queso fresco
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then cook the onion until softened.
2. Stir in the garlic and cook for a few seconds until fragrant.
