Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice, optional
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Pat the chicken dry, then season it with paprika, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken in a single layer and sear for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden.
3. Reduce the heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, then stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the skillet to release the browned bits.
5. Stir in the heavy cream and red pepper flakes, then let the sauce simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Return the chicken fully into the sauce and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce slightly thickens.

Notes
