Ingredients

3 cups cooked egg noodles

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

2 cups mixed vegetables

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup finely diced onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 cup crushed cornflakes or buttery crackers

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a casserole dish.

2. Cook the egg noodles until just tender, then drain well.

3. In a large bowl, stir together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, onion, garlic, black pepper, paprika, and half of the cheddar cheese.

4. Fold in the shredded chicken and mixed vegetables until evenly coated.

5. Add the cooked noodles and gently stir until everything is combined.

6. Spread the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.

7. In a small bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes or crackers with melted butter and Parmesan cheese.
