Description

Bailey’s Chocolate Fudge is a creamy, no-bake dessert that brings together smooth white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, Bailey’s Irish Cream, and a rich chocolate drizzle for an easy recipe that feels perfect for holidays, party dessert trays, edible gifts, and quick sweet treat ideas. This simple fudge recipe sets beautifully in the refrigerator, slices into neat squares, and delivers a rich chocolate candy flavor with a soft Irish cream finish.

Ingredients

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

3 cups white chocolate chips

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/3 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoons chocolate shavings

Instructions

1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.

2. Add sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and butter to a saucepan over low heat.

3. Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.

4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in Bailey’s Irish Cream, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.

5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

6. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips, then drizzle over the fudge.

7. Swirl the chocolate drizzle lightly with a toothpick and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

9. Lift the fudge from the pan and slice into small squares with a sharp knife.

Notes

Do not melt the white chocolate over high heat. White chocolate can scorch or turn grainy quickly, so keep the heat low and stir constantly for the smoothest fudge.
