Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

4 large eggs

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease or line a standard loaf pan.

2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.

3. Add the baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder, then stir well to combine.

4. Fold in the mozzarella and Parmesan until the batter is evenly mixed.

5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

6. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is fully set.

7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
