Description

Start your day with the chill of the season in every sip of this Winter Wonderland Smoothie. This easy recipe blends creamy vanilla Greek yogurt, frozen pineapple, and almond milk into a frosty, dreamy drink that doubles as a quick breakfast, festive snack, or even a healthy dessert. With whipped cream topping, coconut flakes, and cranberries, it’s perfect for breakfast ideas, winter smoothie cravings, or healthy snack goals.

Ingredients

2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

1/2 cup ice cubes

3 tablespoons whipped cream

3 tablespoons coconut flakes

3 fresh cranberries

3 small pineapple wedges

Instructions

1. Add frozen pineapple, Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup (if using), and ice to a high-speed blender.

2. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.

3. Prepare the glasses by coating the rims with whipped cream and dipping into coconut flakes.

4. Pour the smoothie evenly into 3 glasses.

5. Top each with whipped cream, a sprinkle of coconut flakes, one cranberry, and a pineapple wedge.

6. Serve immediately with a festive straw.

Notes

Freeze fresh pineapple overnight for best texture.

Swap Greek yogurt with dairy-free alternatives for a vegan version.

Skip maple syrup for a lower sugar option, or sweeten with banana.
