Ingredients
2 cups ripe tomatoes, chopped or wedged
1 cup cucumber, sliced into rounds
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
4 oz feta cheese, sliced into thick blocks
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
