It effortlessly brings people together, encouraging conversation and grazing.

Ingredients

1 wheel Brie cheese

1 cup white cheddar cheese cubes

1/2 cup cranberry jam

1/2 cup salted pecans

1/2 cup dried apricots

1 cup fresh grapes

1/2 cup fresh cranberries or pomegranate seeds

20 assorted crackers (mix of plain and seeded)

1/4 cup honey

10 seasonal cookies (like pumpkin spice or shortbread)

3 mini pumpkins or sprigs of rosemary for garnish

Instructions

1. Select a large serving board such as a wooden tray, marble slab, or lazy Susan.

2. Place the Brie cheese wheel and small bowls of cranberry jam and honey on the board first.

3. Arrange the white cheddar cubes around one edge, and add any cured meats if desired.

4. Add fresh grapes, cranberries, and dried apricots around the cheeses and bowls.

5. Scatter salted pecans and pomegranate seeds in small clusters.

6. Fan out the assorted crackers and cookies along the board’s edges and between sections.

7. Garnish with mini pumpkins and rosemary sprigs. Drizzle honey just before serving.

8. Serve with small plates, cheese knives, and dessert forks. Enjoy within 2 hours.

Notes

Use a mix of textures: creamy, crunchy, juicy, and chewy for best balance.

Add items like fudge or mini cupcakes for extra sweet options.

Swap fruits and cheeses based on availability—this board is very flexible.
