Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes
1 pound steak (ribeye or sirloin), cubed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Scrub the potatoes, pierce them with a fork, rub with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 50–60 minutes until crispy outside and tender inside.
2. While potatoes are baking, cube steak and season with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side. Set aside.
