Ingredients
2 large skinless salmon fillets
2 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or dill (optional)
Instructions

3. Stir crumbled feta into the spinach mixture. Let cool slightly.
