Made with cottage cheese, Parmesan, and simple seasonings, these air fryer chips come out golden on the edges and tender in the center. They are great for snack boards, easy appetizer spreads, quick bites between meals, and simple low-carb food ideas you can make in minutes.


Ingredients

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

olive oil spray


Instructions

1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F and line the basket with perforated parchment paper if needed. Lightly spray the surface with olive oil.

2. In a small bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper until well combined.

3. Spoon small mounds of the mixture into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one.

4. Gently flatten each mound with the back of a spoon to create thin rounds.

5. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are deeply golden and the centers are set.

6. Let the chips cool for 3 to 5 minutes before removing them, so they firm up and release more easily.

7. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Do not make the rounds too thick, or the centers may stay soft before the edges crisp properly.
