Ingredients
1 box brownie mix
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon heavy cream
optional shredded coconut or chocolate curls
Instructions
1. Prepare your favorite boxed brownie mix according to package instructions. Bake in a parchment-lined 9×9 pan and let cool completely.
2. In a mixing bowl, melt 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate with 2 tablespoons of butter. Let it cool slightly. Beat 4 oz cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the chocolate.
