Whether you’re craving something sweet or searching for new dessert ideas, these brownies are bound to impress both visually and flavorfully.

Ingredients

115g unsalted butter (melted)

150g granulated sugar

50g brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

65g all-purpose flour

30g unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

115g cream cheese (softened)

120g pumpkin puree

50g powdered sugar

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.

3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.

4. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined to form the brownie batter.

5. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

6. Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, and pumpkin pie spice to the cream cheese and mix until fully combined.

7. Spread 2/3 of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.

8. Drop spoonfuls of the pumpkin cheesecake mixture on top, alternating with the remaining brownie batter.

9. Use a skewer or knife to gently swirl the batters together for a marbled effect.

10. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.

11. Cool completely in the pan before slicing. Serve at room temperature or chilled.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is softened before mixing to avoid lumps in the swirl.

Don’t over-swirl the batters—less is more for that marbled look.

For clean slices, chill the brownies before cutting and use a hot, sharp knife.
