4 medium sweet potatoes

1 cup cottage cheese

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Scrub sweet potatoes clean and dry them well. Poke each 3-4 times with a fork.
2. Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
