Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
1/3 cup red pepper jelly
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Crackers for serving
Instructions
1. Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature.
2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and everything bagel seasoning until smooth.
3. Transfer the mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish and spread evenly.
4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
5. Remove from oven and spoon red pepper jelly over the center of the dip. Let it melt slightly.
6. Garnish with chopped chives.
7. Serve immediately with crackers, toast points, or veggie sticks.
Notes
For a spicier version, use habanero or jalapeño jelly instead of mild pepper jelly.
Make it ahead by mixing the base in advance and baking just before serving.
Don’t skip the chives — they add freshness and a pop of color!
