These Pecan Dessert Balls are a quick no-bake dessert that combines creamy, crunchy, and sweet into one irresistible bite. Perfect for easy entertaining, holiday trays, or even an on-the-go snack, these no-bake pecan balls offer a delightful mix of textures and rich flavor with minimal prep. Great for party food ideas, easy desserts, or as a make-ahead treat, they’re also gluten-free friendly with the right ingredients.

Ingredients

113 g cream cheese (softened)

100 g powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

60 g crushed graham crackers

120 g finely chopped pecans (divided)

60 ml caramel sauce

1 pinch sea salt (optional)

18 to 20 pecan halves for garnish

Instructions

1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth.

2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined.

3. Fold in crushed graham crackers and 60g of the chopped pecans. Mix until a soft dough forms.

4. Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture.

5. Roll each ball in the remaining chopped pecans, pressing gently so they stick.

6. Drizzle caramel sauce over each ball and top with a pecan half.

7. Sprinkle with sea salt if using.

8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, toast the pecans before using.

Use gluten-free graham crackers to make this recipe gluten-free.

Store in the fridge up to 5 days, or freeze without caramel and garnish.
