Description

These no-bake Oreo Sushi Rolls are a fun, easy dessert that delivers big on presentation and flavor. Perfect for birthday parties, quick sweet cravings, or creative dessert trays, they combine crushed Oreos, a fluffy cream cheese filling, and indulgent toppings in a sushi-style roll. Ideal for anyone looking for quick dessert ideas, no-bake recipes, or easy party food ideas.

Ingredients

24 Oreo cookies (cream removed)

4 oz cream cheese (softened)

1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp water or melted butter (for binding)

2 tbsp caramel sauce (optional, for drizzling)

3 mini Oreos (for garnish)

2 tbsp crushed Oreo crumbs (for topping)

1/4 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

1. Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely ground into crumbs.

2. Add a tablespoon of water or melted butter to the crumbs and mix until moldable.

3. Spread the mixture into a rectangular sheet on plastic wrap, pressing it flat and even.

4. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

5. Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract until fluffy and combined.

6. Spread the cream mixture evenly over the Oreo layer, leaving a small border.

7. Roll tightly using the plastic wrap to form a log.

8. Freeze the roll for at least 30 minutes to firm it up.

9. Once chilled, unwrap and slice the roll into 1-inch thick rounds.

10. Top each roll with whipped cream, crushed Oreos, mini Oreos, and a drizzle of caramel. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure the Oreo base is thin and even to help it roll tightly without cracking.

Freezing the roll before slicing helps it keep its shape.

You can swap caramel for chocolate or strawberry syrup for different flavor twists.
