Ingredients
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 large egg
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons butter or oil
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Instructions
1. Add the mashed potatoes, egg, flour, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper to a mixing bowl, then stir until the mixture is fully combined.
