Ingredients

12 large strawberries

1 cup whipped cream (stabilized or homemade)

24 mini chocolate chips or candy eyes

12 pink pearl sprinkles or mini round candies

12 mini marshmallows or sugar pearls

1 tablespoon shredded coconut or white sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

1. Rinse and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Slice off the stem so they sit flat, then cut off the pointed top third of each berry for Santa’s hat.

2. Prepare whipped cream if making from scratch: beat cold heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Transfer to piping bag.

3. Pipe a swirl of whipped cream on the flat base of each strawberry to form the beard and face platform.

4. Replace the hat tip on top of the cream. Pipe a dot on the tip for the pom-pom.

5. Add two mini chocolate chips or candy eyes under the rim of the hat for eyes.

6. Press one pink pearl or candy into the center for Santa’s nose.

7. Optionally, add a small line of whipped cream at the base of the hat and sprinkle with coconut or white sprinkles.

8. Pipe two dots on the front of the berry for buttons. Add sugar pearls or marshmallows if desired.

9. Chill for at least 15 minutes to set. Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

Use firm, evenly shaped strawberries for best results.

If serving later, keep chilled and assemble within 4 hours.

Coconut adds snowy flair but can be skipped for a smoother finish.
