Ingredients

24 Mint Oreo cookies

4 oz cream cheese softened

8 oz white chocolate or green candy melts

12 drops green food coloring optional

2 tbsp crushed Oreos or chocolate for drizzle

Instructions

1. Place the Mint Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.

2. Add the softened cream cheese and mix until the mixture is fully combined and sticky.

3. Roll tablespoon-sized portions into smooth balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.

4. Freeze the truffles for 20–30 minutes until firm.

5. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts. Add food coloring if desired.

6. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, tap off excess, and return to the tray.

7. Drizzle with chocolate or sprinkle with crushed Oreos while the coating is still wet.

8. Let the truffles set at room temperature or chill briefly to harden.

9. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.

10. Thaw for a few minutes before serving from the freezer.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened for easy mixing.

Don’t skip chilling; it helps the truffles hold their shape.

Use high-quality chocolate or candy melts for a smooth, glossy finish.
