Ingredients

1 block feta cheese

1 cup cherry tomatoes

½ cup kalamata olives

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon fresh thyme


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)

2. Place feta block in center of baking dish

3. Add tomatoes and olives around feta

4. Drizzle olive oil over everything

5. Sprinkle garlic and seasonings evenly

6. Bake until feta is soft and tomatoes blister

7. Remove from oven and add fresh thyme

8. Serve warm with bread or crackers

Notes

Use block feta for best texture

Adjust spice level to taste
