Description

Maple Dijon Tahini Dressing is a quick homemade dressing that turns everyday meals into something special. Ingredients

1/2 cup tahini

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

4 to 6 tablespoons warm water

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Add the tahini, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, lemon juice, olive oil, and minced garlic to a medium bowl or jar.

2. Whisk until the mixture is thick and mostly combined.

3. Add the warm water a little at a time, whisking constantly, until the dressing becomes smooth and pourable.

4. Stir in the salt and black pepper.

5. Taste and adjust with a little more lemon juice, maple syrup, or water as needed.

6. Let the dressing rest for 5 minutes, then serve over salads, bowls, roasted vegetables, or as a dip.

Notes

Do not add all the water at once, because tahini thickens suddenly at first and gradual whisking is the key to a smooth, creamy dressing.
