Whether you’re prepping for a birthday party, a unicorn-themed sleepover, or just a sparkly afternoon snack, this colorful bark is always a hit. Perfect for quick breakfast, healthy snack, food ideas, and party dessert tables!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate

1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)

1 drop pink gel food coloring

1 drop purple gel food coloring

1 drop blue gel food coloring

3 tablespoons assorted unicorn sprinkles or edible decorations

Instructions

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate) in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon coconut oil if needed.

2. Stir in 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt until fully combined.

3. Divide the mixture into three bowls. Add a drop of pink, purple, and blue gel coloring to each and mix well.

4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon dollops of each color randomly and swirl gently with a skewer or knife.

5. Top immediately with 3 tablespoons of assorted unicorn sprinkles or edible decorations.

6. Freeze the tray for 1 hour until set. Break into 10 pieces and serve.

Notes

Use gel food coloring for vibrant swirls without thinning the mixture.

Always let the bark chill completely before breaking it apart.

Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
