Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

3/4 cup milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 banana (sliced into 8 rounds)
4 chocolate chips
2 fresh raspberries
4 strips bacon

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until combined. Don’t overmix.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and coat with butter or cooking spray.
