Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 packet taco seasoning
1/3 cup water
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 jalapeño, sliced optional
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Press the biscuit dough evenly into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain excess grease.
4. Stir in the taco seasoning and water, then simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until well combined.
5. Spread the seasoned beef mixture evenly over the biscuit crust.
6. Top the beef with the diced tomatoes, chopped green bell pepper, and jalapeño if using.
7. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, and 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese until smooth.

9. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese over the top.
