Ingredients

8 cups day-old bread cubes

½ cup unsalted butter

1 cup onion

1 cup celery

2 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon fresh parsley

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary

1 teaspoon fresh thyme

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 large eggs

2 cups chicken broth


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish

2. Place bread cubes in a large mixing bowl

3. Melt butter and sauté onion and celery until softened

4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant
