Ingredients
500g chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 egg, beaten
4 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons chopped green onions or chives
1 small red chili, sliced (optional)

Instructions
1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl with the beaten egg. Mix well to coat.
2. Add cornstarch to the chicken and toss until every piece is evenly coated.
