Whether you’re searching for quick breakfast ideas, easy dinner recipes, or flavorful food ideas for picky eaters, this dish covers it all with minimal prep and maximum flavor.

Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenders

2 large eggs

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup olive oil (or any neutral frying oil)

1/3 cup honey

3 tbsp soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Set up two bowls — one with beaten eggs, one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Dip each chicken tender into the egg, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.

3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry tenders 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove to paper towel-lined plate.

4. In a small saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add honey and soy sauce. Stir until bubbling and slightly thickened, then remove from heat.

5. Toss the hot chicken tenders in the sauce until fully coated.

6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs and don’t overcrowd the pan while frying.

You can bake the tenders at 425°F for 18–20 minutes if you prefer a healthier version.

Double the sauce ingredients if serving with rice or noodles to have extra glaze.
