Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

6 tablespoons unsalted butter (cold, cubed)

1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 to 3 tablespoons cold water


Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, Parmesan, rosemary, and garlic powder.

2. Add the cubed butter and use a pastry cutter or fingers to cut it in until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

3. Gradually mix in cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough just comes together.

4. Shape the dough into a disk, wrap in plastic, and chill for 15 minutes.

5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

6. Roll the dough out on a floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness and cut into desired shapes.

7. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle extra rosemary and cheese if desired.
