Ingredients

1 bag (30 oz) frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

5. Sprinkle the top with additional cheddar or Parmesan cheese.

6. Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

7. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute cream of mushroom or celery soup.

For a crispier top, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.

Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight before baking.
