Ingredients
1 box (3 oz) flavored Jello mix (cherry, orange, grape, or lime)
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold alcohol (vodka, rum, or schnapps)
1/2 cup cold water
1 set silicone ghost molds
as needed black gel icing or edible marker for decorating
Instructions
1. Boil 1 cup of water and pour it into a bowl with the Jello powder. Stir for 2 minutes until dissolved.
2. Add 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 cup of alcohol. Mix well.
3. Pour the Jello mixture into ghost-shaped silicone molds. Place molds on a tray for stability.
4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
5. Remove from molds and use black gel icing or edible markers to add ghost faces. Keep chilled until serving.
Notes
Spray molds lightly with nonstick spray to help release shots easily.
Use different flavored Jellos and spirits to create a colorful mix.
Make a non-alcoholic version by replacing the liquor with fruit juice.
