Ingredients
1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons salted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Pat the steak dry with paper towels and cut into even 1-inch cubes.
2. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
4. Add steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2 minutes per side. Do this in batches if needed.
5. Remove steak from pan and reduce heat to medium.
6. Add butter and minced garlic to the same skillet, stirring constantly for 30 seconds until fragrant.
7. Return steak bites to the pan and toss in garlic butter until well coated.
8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the pan—cook steak bites in batches for best browning.
Let the butter melt before adding garlic to avoid burning.
For added flavor, sprinkle with red chili flakes or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
