Description

Golden, cheesy, and irresistibly savory, these Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups are what happens when juicy burgers meet flaky, buttery rolls. Packed with flavorful ground beef, gooey cheddar, and brushed with garlic herb butter, these rollups are the perfect fusion of a classic cheeseburger and a warm, comforting pastry. Ideal for quick breakfast, fun dinner ideas, or a game-day snack, this easy recipe is full of food ideas both kids and adults will crave.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (8 ounces) crescent roll dough

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

2. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup, and onion powder. Simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

3. Roll out the crescent dough into a rectangle. Pinch seams to seal.

4. Evenly sprinkle cheddar cheese over the dough, then spread the beef mixture on top.

5. Roll the dough tightly into a log, starting from the long end. Slice into 12 pieces.

6. Place rollups in a greased 9×13 baking dish or on a lined sheet pan.

7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.

8. While baking, melt the butter and mix with minced garlic.

9. Once baked, brush rollups with garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispiness, bake the rollups on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.

Add finely chopped pickles to the beef mixture for a classic burger twist.

These freeze well—wrap individually and reheat in a toaster oven for best results.
