Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp taco seasoning

8 corn tortillas

1 cup shredded cabbage

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 avocado

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2 tbsp lime juice

1 clove garlic

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Toss shrimp with olive oil and taco seasoning in a bowl.

2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.

3. In a blender, add avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

4. Prepare toppings: chop tomatoes and shred cabbage. Warm tortillas in a pan or over an open flame for a light char.

5. Assemble tacos by layering tortillas with cabbage, tomatoes, and shrimp.

6. Drizzle avocado crema over each taco and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.

Notes

For extra crisp tortillas, lightly fry them in olive oil before assembling.
