Ingredients

1 9×9 inch pan baked or store-bought brownie base

8 oz cream cheese, softened

0.5 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream (for filling)

0.33 cup caramel sauce

0.33 cup chocolate ganache or hot fudge sauce

1 cup heavy whipping cream (for topping)

Chocolate shavings for garnish


Instructions

1. Let your brownies cool completely, then press them evenly into a 9×9-inch square pan.

2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.

3. In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.

4. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the brownie base.

5. Drizzle caramel sauce and ganache over the top and gently swirl with a spatula.

6. Chill the assembled cake in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

7. Whip the second cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then dollop or pipe on top of the chilled cake.
