Ingredients

4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes

4 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice them into thin 1/8-inch rounds using a mandoline or sharp knife.

3. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Add sliced potatoes and toss until fully coated.

5. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Stack slices into each cup, filling to the top.

6. Bake for 45–50 minutes, until golden and crispy on the edges.

7. Let cool slightly, then remove stacks from the tin.

8. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
