Ingredients

2 lobster tails

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic minced

½ cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

1. Cut the top shell of each lobster tail with kitchen shears, stopping at the base, and gently pull the meat over the shell.

2. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and paprika.

3. Preheat the broiler and place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.

4. Broil the lobster for 8 to 10 minutes until opaque and slightly browned.

5. While lobster cooks, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
