3 cloves garlic minced
½ cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

2. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Preheat the broiler and place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
4. Broil the lobster for 8 to 10 minutes until opaque and slightly browned.
5. While lobster cooks, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

7. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
8. Stir in lemon juice and half the chopped chives.
9. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

11. Garnish with remaining chives and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Always use cold water lobster tails for the sweetest, tenderest results.
Do not overcook the lobster — it’s done when opaque and firm.
If reheating, do so gently on low heat to preserve texture and flavor.
