2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 can refrigerated biscuits (8 count) or 8 homemade biscuits
2 tablespoons chopped chives (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large oven-safe skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
3. Add diced onions and sauté for 5 minutes until soft.
4. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
5. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir for 1–2 minutes.
