500g boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Instructions
1. Pat the chicken dry and cut into bite-sized chunks.
2. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Sear chicken pieces in batches until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
