Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

2 tablespoons sour cream

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 small red bell pepper, diced

1 small jalapeño, minced (optional)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

1 cup crushed nacho chips or Doritos (for coating)

3 tablespoons diced tomatoes (for garnish)

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (for garnish)

1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Blend until smooth.

2. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, jalapeño, and chopped cilantro. Mix well.

3. Line a bundt pan with plastic wrap. Press the cheese mixture into the mold evenly. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.

4. Carefully unmold the cheese ball onto a serving platter.

5. Press crushed nacho chips or Doritos all around the outside of the wreath.

6. Garnish the top with diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and green onions.
