1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 eggs

0.5 box red velvet cake mix

0.25 cup oil

1 egg

0.33 cup water

1 cup cherry pie filling

1 cup whipped cream

2 tablespoons holiday sprinkles

5 whole Oreo cookies

2. Mix 1/2 box red velvet cake mix with 1/4 cup oil, 1 egg, and 1/3 cup water. Pour over crust and bake for 15 minutes at 325°F. Let cool.

3. Beat 16 oz cream cheese until smooth. Add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 tsp vanilla, and 2 eggs. Mix until combined.

4. Pour cheesecake mixture over red velvet layer and bake at 300°F for 40–45 minutes. Let cool in oven for 1 hour.

5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Top with 1 cup cherry pie filling, whipped cream, sprinkles, and 5 whole Oreos.

Notes

Always let the cheesecake cool slowly to avoid cracks.

Chill at least 4 hours before slicing for clean edges.

Swap cherry topping with raspberry or chocolate ganache for variety.
