Ingredients

450g rigatoni pasta

2 chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rigatoni until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Remove and slice into pieces.

4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until the sauce thickens.

7. Add cooked rigatoni and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.

8. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes for flavors to meld.
