Ingredients
9 lasagna noodles, oven-ready
4 cups cooked shredded chicken
3 cups Alfredo sauce
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or thawed and drained if frozen)
1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup unsalted butter
2 cups heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, spinach, ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat, add Parmesan, and whisk until smooth. Simmer for 3–4 minutes then remove from heat.
4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
5. Spread ½ cup Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
6. Add 3 noodles, ⅓ of the ricotta mixture, ⅓ of the chicken, ½ cup mozzarella, and ¾ cup Alfredo sauce.
7. Repeat for 2 more layers using the same method.
8. Finish with noodles, the remaining Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan on top.
9. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
10. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
11. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest Alfredo.
Frozen spinach must be thawed and well-drained to avoid excess moisture.
