Ingredients
450g fresh spinach
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
100g cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add spinach. Cook until wilted.
3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in heavy cream and let simmer until slightly thickened.
5. Stir in cream cheese and mix until smooth and fully melted.
6. Add mozzarella and Parmesan, stirring until fully melted and combined.
